Cancellation Policy

Refunds will not be available unless the instructor cancels the class. If you must miss a class, please notify the instructor as soon as possible and s/he will work with you to reschedule it at a mutually convenient time. Or, if a time slot is available, you can reschedule your booking online up to 12 hours before the class was scheduled to start, but we still request that you call the instructor , as well. If the instructor has to miss the class, s/he will contact you and set up a make-up class or, if you wish, a full refund will be issued.
