Cancellation Policy

This lesson is for 2 students who have already agreed to take the lesson together. Only 1 payment will be processed for each lesson. Students can decide between themselves how to divide the payment (with one student paying the other for their portion, or each person buying a lesson every other week, for example). Whatever the arrangement between the students, SLI accepts only 1 payment per lesson in the full amount. We do not divide the bill in two. Absences If only ONE student is absent from a lesson, no refund will be issued, and the lesson will be provided to the student who attends. If BOTH students will be absent from a lesson, they must inform the instructor at least 48 hours prior to the lesson. In this case, the lesson may be rescheduled, or a refund will be provided (minus the exact amount charged to SLI by Paypal or the Credit Card company for the transaction. This ranges from 3-5%). If students do not give the instructor 48 hours notice, no refund will be issued. It is up to the instructor whether a make-up lesson can be offered.
